In this week's episode, I share what positive psychologist, Barbara Fredrickson, calls a Positive Portfolio.

Dr. Fredrickson believes that intentionally creating and cultivating positive emotions contributes to our well-being. 

This practice helps us to expand our thought, emotional, and action/behavioral patterns which ultimately create our desired life experience.

So, how can we intentionally create and cultivate positive emotions?
