Rachel Priddy was born in Indianapolis as the second of 4 kids. She grew up with her family often talking about her determination and strong-willed nature. After falling in love with chemistry and inspired by her high school chemistry teacher, she decided not to major in flute but studied Food Science and minored in German at Purdue University.
She began her corporate career in technical sales after working in research and development labs in the flavor industry. She called on customers such as Goose Island, Sam Adams, Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Red Gold, Fage, and more. She had two daughters and briefly transitioned to working in the personal care segment in technical sales calling on brands like Bath and Body Works and Jergens before deciding to go into business for herself and open a coffee shop.
She now operates Rose & Lois coffee company and is growing her fleet of mobile espresso bars bringing Rose & Lois's beloved craft beverages to markets, events, schools, and workplaces across Central Indiana. With a deep commitment to the community, each mobile unit proudly features locally roasted coffee, seasonal favorites, and fun flavor infusions—designed to fuel you for all things work. play. espresso.
