Setting boundaries is an important aspect of self-care and maintaining healthy relationships. Yet, it is so difficult for Christian women to do so, partly because of beliefs and partly because they don’t know how.
I’m a firm advocate of healthy boundaries, and today, I’ll share five quick tips for setting boundaries so you can enjoy emotional wellness and healthier relationships.
