I love how a new year feels like A Fresh Start (perfect for this podcast!) and clean slate. With that, comes fresh perspective.
Many people make bid audacious claims with no plan. I stopped focusing on the BIG goals with a new year because they can quickly become overwhelming, unsure what to do or where to start.
