Today Brandon sits down to chat with his long time friend, Luke Wall, Executive Direction of Only7Seconds, a non-profit addressing the loneliness epidemic. Together they discuss the status of our collective social health in this modern era and why we feel so lonely. A central truth soon emerges: no one person, or organization can fix the loneliness epidemic...but, no one needs to!

 
The fruitful path forward is to dream small and keep it simple. Take the 7 seconds to send a text. Ask someone to lunch. Tell your family you love them. Like building a set of legos, we can build towards relational health one small step at a time. Even this is hard! We first need to receive the love and attention of Jesus so that we can move past our obstacles of fear and insecurity.
