For all my life, I have understood God to be a personal being rather than some impersonal force. But in recent months the idea of God as a personal being has seemed a very limiting understanding of God. The understanding of God as Divine Presence has become more relevant and helpful for me. So which is it? Personal God or Divine Presence?
