In this episode I share a personal story about being ‘tempered by the fire’ during my shamanic training when I travelled all the way to Canyon de Chelly in Arizona looking to connect with an ancient lineage. Instead of having a spiritual awakening I clashed with my Navajo guide, had a nasty allergic reaction to an insect bite, followed by a horrendous case of thrush.
