FREEDOM 75 HARD: Juls Leveling Up for Age 26
Nov 7 - Jan 21
1. Move body in any way 2x daily 30 min each (1 outside)
2. Drink 1/2 gallon of water per day
3. 10 pages of reading daily (leave book on pillow)
4. Eat clean non processed foods. Limit processed sugars, gluten, and alcohol since they hurt my stomach.
5. Daily morning quiet time gratitude, bible, prayer, be still & listen.
6. 30 min max on social media every day

- morning warm water lemon sea salt
- daily mulit vitamin, electrolyte mix, evening magnesium
