In this episode I discuss and lead you through 3 simple breathing techniques that can help move you from the physiology of anxiety & stress into a state of calm and renewal.  

First we explore the physiological sigh - a double inhale followed by a long slow exhale.

Second we explore the 4-7-8 breath.

And finally the brahmari, or bumblebee breath, which works to calm anxiety through the nervous system and endocrine system (tapping into your "inner pharmacy" to create your own inner anti-anxiety medicine.)
