As aRegistered Dietitian and personal trainer, Kate is passionate about improving people’s health through evidence-based nutrition, education, and exercise.

This passion drove her to complete her Master’s in nutrition education, teach at the graduate level, and travel to Italy to learn about Mediterranean cuisine.

Kate has over 8 years of experience in the field of nutrition as a wellness director, private nutrition consultant, educator, and public speaker, and she is here today to discuss ways we can all live healthier, happier lives.
