Jen runs 4 successful programs for adults with Special Needs and runs an advocacy program to help families in New Jersey navigate the system. She has a Master's Degree but originally couldn't find employment as someone on the Spectrum. After moving to New Jersey she worked in group homes, day programs and as a support coordinator, and saw everything that was wrong with the system.
