In Episode 28, I am discussing the sacral chakra basics. This is our emotional and sexual center and is where our creativity flows. The sacral chakra also holds feminine energy as it is connected to the moon and water! 

I have been working on my sacral for awhile as I connect to my feminine energy and a new creative project. I am trying my best to surrender to the flow, but it is not an easy thing to do!
