Did you know our planet has a heart beat? It does! That's a fun way of referring to the Schumann resonance. And after doing a bit of research, I have lots to share about it. This is an episode where science meets spirit. In this episode, I discuss:
- The Schumann resonance has been popping up in my social media, in discussions with friends and more. This got me to thinking and researching.

- I also discuss what I have found in my own internet research and it's fascinating. As it turns out, our hearts and brains can synch with our planet's atmosphere, specifically the Schumann resonance.
- From there, I make a few leaps and talk about my own theories in working with Spirit and their higher vibration. I have had experiences where my heart beat speeds up when connecting with Spirit which begs the question...If our hearts can link to the Earth, can it link to Spirit too?! For me, that answer is a resounding YES. Science doesn't support that, but will it ever?
- Maybe science wont catch up to overlap with spirituality fully, as we are meant to not fully know. Our planet and our bodies function as a school for souls so some level of mystery seems necessary.
