I recommend the film, Fantastic Fungi which is on point with the subject of the Earth element and its healing properties.

There is a short side bar on Terance McKenna's "stoned ape" and I promised a link to read more; however, I have to say, I found a really cool clip on Youtube of Paul Stamets (who I mention in the podcast) talking about the topic with *cough* a very famous podcaster - but this is all illustrated and certain phrases emphasized. Pretty rad:
