Today on Stay at Home Dads Podcast I start off by talking about a few personal experiences with stress and anxiety.  One involves an accident and the other a terrible neighbor.  I then talk about 5 tips to reduce and manage the stress and anxiety in our daily lives.  Some of these may feel impossible but I think if we can make just a few minor changes, we will notice a big difference.
