Today's episode begins with a near-frazzled Rix as he shares a quick story as to how he lost his key, causing a slight delay in recording. Victor then shares a few stories of his own regarding Amazon orders gone wrong as well as a few home improvement projects and his adjustment to using a Windows PC from time to time. The two find common ground and exchange a few retail experiences with individuals that prove to be anything but rational, and then wrap things up with overall leadership experiences and the individuals they respect and a few others they, eh... don't.
