This week, we turn to 1 John 1:5-10 to learn about . . . "Walking in the Light".
In this lesson, we learn:
- God calls us to walk in the light.
- Walking in the light entails at least 3 things:
- Responding positively to Jesus.
- Admitting and confessing sin.
- A desire to be transformed by God’s goodness.
- As we walk in the light we will not only have fellowship with God, we will also have fellowship with others in the family of God.
- So by the power of the Spirit, let’s walk in God’s light knowing that every sin exposed by his light is forgiven in Christ.
