21Jul24 (24bO16). The feeding of the five thousand begins the Bread of Life discourse in the Gospel of John. Jesus is the Good Shepherd who wants to care for our physical and spiritual needs. He continues to shepherd and care for us spiritually through all the sacraments of the Church.
