Description

Have you ever felt unqualified for a big task? Maybe it was your first time staying home alone, driving a car, or starting a new job. That feeling of doubt—Am I really ready for this?—is something we all experience.

In this sermon, we look at the calling of Simon Peter and the disciples in Luke 5. Jesus asks them to follow Him and become "fishers of men." Peter, recognizing his own sinfulness, falls at Jesus’ feet, overwhelmed by his inadequacy. But Jesus doesn’t call the perfect—He qualifies the called.

God uses weak vessels like us to share His Word, not because we are capable on our own, but because He works through us. You may doubt your ability to share the gospel, but Christ qualifies you. Join us as we explore how God calls ordinary, imperfect people to do extraordinary work for His kingdom.
