To transform your life, you need to start changing things!

In this series, I share some of the tools in my toolbox for living a healthier, happier and more productive life.

Just as a goal of losing weight or getting fit involves focussing on changing and prioritising your exercise and nutrition,  changing your well-being and mental health means time and practice.

 

Today I explore the importance of setting your intention with everything you do.  If you know what you are striving for you are much more likely to achieve it.  I look at the how and why of intention setting and go through some everyday examples. It's never too late to start taking charge of your life...
