Sundi, Brooke and Jeff are joined by friend of the pod, bartender extraordinaire and and Vanderpump Rules enthusiast, Nolin. She made us a batch of Pumptinis to enjoy while we did our very first post-mortem of the season.
Things got a little hectic toward the end, so if you hear a toddler crying, a kitten meowing or a grown dog choking on the remains of a destroyed toy.... no you didn't.

Pumptini Recipe

Ingredients
- 3-4 raspberries (one for garnish)
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz vodka
- ¾ oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or Pavan work well)
- ¾ oz grapefruit juice, fresh-squeezed
- ¾ oz lime juice, fresh-squeezed
- Ice
- Sugar for rimming the glass (optional)
Instructions
- Chill the glass: Place a martini glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes, or fill it with ice and water while you prepare the drink.
- Rim the glass: If desired, take a lime wedge and run it around the rim of the chilled glass, then dip the rim in a shallow dish of sugar.
- Muddle: In a cocktail shaker, add the raspberries and simple syrup. Muddle them together thoroughly to release the fruit's flavor.
- Add liquids and ice: Pour in the vodka, orange liqueur, grapefruit juice, and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake: Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is very cold.
- Strain and garnish: Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass (a double strain can remove seeds if desired). Garnish with an extra raspberry or a grapefruit twist.
