Podcast 005 - Megan Livingston

Megan has spent 18 years in the field of instructional design, learning and development. During her time at Highmark Health, Megan has lead enterprise initiatives around employee engagement and leadership development. She works with all levels of leadership across the organization, including the Executive Leadership Team. She currently is working to develop the enterprise learning and development strategy to support the organization’s five year strategic plan.

Outside of work Megan can be found out in the community doing volunteer work, which is her true passion (besides the Pittsburgh Pirates). Often the best times of Megan’s week are spent mentoring youth and college students; she has been a youth group leader, counselor and mentor for various organizations over the years. In the spring during prom season, she’s knee deep in sequins and tulle at the Johnstown Cinderella Project she founded over 13 years ago.
