Welcome to Tales From the Waystone where we're taking a break from Patrick Rothfuss' The Wise Man's Fear to talk about Patrick Rothfuss' short story about Bast; The Lightning Tree before the stand-alone expanded version (known as The Narrow Road Between Desires) comes out in about a week! If we're right, we have one more episode to go on this interlude before diving into the new novella!
Please excuse the low-effort edit - we pushed the recording to mere days before the release date for the episode, so I didn't have the luxury of time to be as detailed as I usually would.
We hope you enjoy our little break, and that you have a lovely day! (And don't forget to join us on discord!)
