In Time (2011) is a science fiction thriller set in a future where time has literally become currency — people stop aging at 25, but must earn or buy more time to stay alive. The wealthy can live forever, while the poor struggle day by day to survive.

The story follows a working-class man who unexpectedly gains a large amount of time and becomes the target of powerful forces determined to maintain the system’s inequality. As he teams up with a young woman from a privileged background, they challenge the rules of a society built on economic and moral imbalance.

Directed by Andrew Niccol and starring Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried.
