Description

In this episode of the Tap Into It Podcast, host Ravyn is joined by Molly Fish, owner and operator of Urbane Collective in Colorado Springs. Molly shares her journey from social work to boutique ownership, sparked by a midlife crisis and divorce that brought her back home to Colorado. What started as refinishing furniture and grinding through market life has grown into a community hub where people come not just to shop, but to connect, be seen and feel at home.

Molly hosts free Evening with an Expert events on the first and last Thursday of each month, supports local artisans, and creates a space where there's no pressure to buy, just coffee, snacks and a listening ear. After five years in business, her vision for Urbane Collective continues to evolve toward deeper community connection and getting people out of their boxes.

This episode is a heartfelt conversation about what it means to build something rooted in love, and why everyone deserves to be seen, heard and welcomed.
