Episode 30 is filled with some REAL DEAL tips we have used during our recovery & self development journeys to stay in a healthy place!  

FTW:  Bre’s first thought wrong started last year in the holidays and she has a big important message.

Tips:  1. Move a muscle change a thought

  1. Take a sober/like minded friend with you
  2. Leave when it gets loud/exit strategy
  3. Take a pass on going to the party
  4. Book end:  call someone when walking in and when leaving or during
  5. Find or host sober only events
  6. Don’t brood
  7. Be of service at the party:  help with food, clean up, babies etc
  8. Enjoy the beauty of the love of the season
  9. Don’t take wooden nickels
