Mayfair Bakery & Patisserie is a Port Adelaide institution, and has been for 154 years.

This week I interview the owner, Phil Donnelly, about Mayfair and his journey owning it.

We talk about how the Port has changed over the past few decades, his role in revitalising the bakery, how he handled the COVID restrictions, and the potential return of a famous Dockside Festival event.
