Louise is one Irelands most successful competitors in ITF Taekwon-Do, winning many medals through the years. Her most standout achivement, being Ireland's first senior female World Champion having won the -62kg sparring division at the World Championships, in Beinidorm, in 2013. Today I chat with Louise about her many successes and her goals for the future.
