Dee is a multiple times medal winner at WAKO World and European Championships. She has been a multiple times National Champion in Kickboxing as well as an IrisH Open Champion in No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu. Since 2017 Dee has competed in Mixed Martial Arts, where she trains out of SBG Ireland. She had 10 amateur fights before making her pro debut in September 2019. Today I chat to Dee about her time in kickboxing, how she transitioned to MMA and her goals for the future.
