Description

I used a word play about ghosts and skeletons. Then, I used a quote by author Charles Dickens about ghosts and ideas. Next, I talked about reframing as a way to learn and grow from past experiences.  I also recounted themes and concepts from neuroplasticity at the start of 2021. And building resilience to talking about family issues and talking about the Christmas spirit at the end of 2021. The growth mindset theme was used in January. And in December. the Christmas movie, literally reframed George Bailey’s life.

In this week's RITE OF PASSAGE EXPERIENCES or ROPE, I talked about the 6T formula of  Think, Trust, Tool, Try, Test, and Train. I also talked about layers of issues that I shared in the 50 total episodes this year.
