One of the key patterns I’ve discerned from supporting clients over the last three years, is that their vision of success when it comes to their writing and self-expression rests solely on the end result; on the finished book, and more specifically how people will receive it.
These women have wanted to write a book for as long as they can remember… but they’re also weighed down by so much fear that’s holding them back from starting; fear of judgement, fear of rejection, fear of being shamed and ostracised for sharing their truth and their story.
