The readings for this week for the Baptism of Our Lord are: Isaiah 43:1-7, Psalm 29, Acts 8:14-17, and Luke 3:15-17, 21-22. This week we look at how restoration takes time. This is similar to us understanding what the Holy Spirit means to us and following what God is calling us to do. There are usually early results that we can get caught up in but God works on a long timeline and we should be looking for these long stories results instead of the quick instant gratification.
