Today, we speak with Mike Sroka, Co-Founder and CEO of Dealpath, a real estate investment management platform built for institutional investors. Dealpath serves as a cloud-based command center for deal management, helping firms track pipelines, analyze deals, and coordinate workflows in one place.
Mike began his career in real estate private equity before moving into venture-backed software, with leadership roles at Fanhood, Zynga, and OneSeason. In 2014, he co-founded Dealpath to bring modern software solutions to an industry long underserved by technology.
Since its launch, Dealpath has supported more than $10 trillion in real estate transactions and grown to serve over 300 institutional clients. The company recently closed a $43 million Series C funding round led by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital.
