In the latest episode of The Flip N' Shift Podcast, my guest is Rucha Bhatt. 

Rucha helps clients make lifestyle changes and manage stress in order to improve their sleep. She also helps people arrange their daily activities to maximize function, vitality, and productivity. Rucha takes a body-mind-spirit approach in therapy sessions, looking at the whole person including values, habits, goals, balance, fulfillment, environment, lifestyle, and life purpose. We partner, guide, educate, support, and empower clients to make the changes to improve their sleep. 

Rucha discusses her approach to getting a better sleep as well as common myths around getting restful sleep.  She is also a peak performance Coach for Female Entrepreneurs as well as a certified sleep coach.
