On this Mindful Monday I talk about my favorite mindfulness app HEADSPACE.  Available for both Apple and Android.

Meditations in a range of lengths from one minute to 20.

It's so liberating to close your eyes, slow your breath and leave your thoughts.

You can commit to a daily program, use it occasionally to psyche you up for a run, or calm you during a commute.

It's super simple to use and has both a free and paid version.
