Feeling anxious?  Stay mindful.

Remember to stay in the moment, that anxiety is generally worry about the many things that may never happen.

Start with some deep breaths that will help to center you.

Sit with the anxiety and breathe thru it reminding yourself that if you are in a period of confusion or frustrated and questioning what is for you...breathe through it.  Have confidence that all will be as it should be and you will find your place there.
