and I'd like to add "Nothing in bags and boxes"
It's a really simple change you can make to your everyday...whn you are hungry and reaching for a snack AVOID cabinets and open the fridge. Fresh foods will always be a better choice for you.
Apples, natural nut butters, veggies, yogurt - all better choices than chips or crackers for sure.
