How are you measuring health or keeping track of wellness practices?

I love the health app in your iPhone and the Apple watch or a perhaps you use a fitbit.  I like to be able to take a look at the data, over weeks or months, and correlate that to how I'm feeling, how my mindset is, what my body looks like and most importantly, how I feel.

Are you tracking your health goals either with technology or a wellness journal?  Perhaps it is time to give it a try?
