Plan some quality time with someone you have wanted to spend time with.

Your child, your dog, a colleague, parent or friend.  Perhaps an old friend you haven't seen in way too long.

Making a plan to spend time together, even if it isn't for a month, is a commitment from both parties that once written into a calendar becomes a contract.  

We often forget how important it is to simply be with people who love us and understand us and let us be fully ourselves.  This, too,is a form of self-care.
