Right now, in this minute, for me...it's a struggle.  

It's nothing I can put my finger on.  

Can you feel it too?

When one day at a time seems like too much I often need to take it an hour at a time.  Find things to keep myself busy. I always love to make a checklist.

Reminder for all of us to keep up with our wellness routines: sleep, supplements, exercise, hydration, breathing, mindfulness.
