Consider using an infrared sauna regularly as part of your wellness routine.

I have one in my home, the Sunlighten sauna, offering near/mid/far infrared waves with 7 programs.

Good for circulation, pain relief, detox, relaxation, weight loss, and lowering blood pressure. 

I try to spend 20-30 minutes in mine a few times a week and usually after a workout.
