Description

If you don't get enough sleep or sleep through the night this wellness challenge is for you.

Start a sleep routine or rituals.  Washing and brushing and maybe a bath.  Getting to bed the same time everynight and awaken at the same time each and every morning.  Even on night's out try to get to sleep at a reasonable hour.

This is what helps me to wind down each night.
