Stretching from Georgia to Maine, AT is approximately 2,190+ miles and only about 1/4 of the hikers who attempt to take it on in entirety actually complete the trail...and we got 1 of the AT conquerors right here on The kPodcast! John shares some stories from his journey, gives us some pros and cons from AT, and provides an insight of day to day life hiking through the east coast of North America.
