Change can rattle us and leave us feeling adrift and alone as we face the new and prevailing uncertainty that stretches before us. Overwhelmed and unsettled we freeze in the face of the unknown and the undefined.
Yet when embraced and nurtured, change is always here to show us something new and different, if we are willing to meet it at the threshold, if we choose to rise and explore it with curiosity and interest, a deeper and more potent truth can be found.
