Laura Wood is a mom of two who works with pre- and postnatal people in a variety of ways. Coming from a background as a birth doula, she now teaches yoga and Pilates and also is the co-founder of The Mama Reset, a subscription-based fitness site online that focuses on workouts for moms and people who have birthed children to strengthen the pelvic floor and get them moving.
