Happy WEDNESDAY everyone!

How's your spring going? We're back from spring break and ready for the warmth of spring! I love the mix of sunshine and rain, the morning songbirds, and feeling of starting anew this time of year.

However, if seasonal allergies are getting you down, consider some help with my e-course How to Calm Seasonal Allergies. which includes a 45-minute video and e-book to help you and your family.  https://www.allworldshealthacademy.com/course?courseid=seasonal-allergies

Corinne Cayce and I also just released a podcast on A Cayce Approach to Seasonal Allergies which has some fascinating insights (Corinne even had an a-ha moment during the recording!)

March was a delightfully busy month for me with four trips in the span of three weeks. One of those trips was to Colorado Springs to help teach the Osteopathic Cranial Academy's introductory course in cranial osteopathy (which happened to be at the spectacular Broadmoor Hotel.)

I often get asked, "How did you learn what you do?"

Well, here's a chance for you to get a glimpse into that world of being an osteopathic student. In today's podcast, I talk to Emily Daly and Stephanie Hermann, two fourth-year medical students who just finished their first course in cranial osteopathy.

I just love this interview, and you'll see why...
