Description

Today, I felt like talking about grief again, because it can sneak up on you like waves. Things you thought you were over can be triggered in an instant by a photo, a childhood food, or driving by a memorable site.

Maybe you miss a loved one that's crossed over. But grief can cover many areas of your life... you might miss an old home, or "easier times." You might miss a part of yourself after surgery. You might miss a grown child that has gone off to college. You might miss hanging out with old friends.

When you're missing someone or something, that doesn't mean you necessarily want to go back to the way things were permanently. There can be a mix of feelings.

I’ll go over that feeling of grief or "missing" in a MultiDimensional way with how it can affect our body, our mind, our spirit. I’ll review ways I approach these layers, so that you can, too.
