Your body speaks to you in so many ways, and sometimes you can literally SEE what it's trying to say, especially when the signs are on the outside of your body.
Last week, I talked about Nail Signs of Nutritional Deficiencies.
So, this week, I'd like to continue the conversation by looking at our skin.
Your skin is the largest organ of the body. Signs in your skin can give you warnings about what's going on internally.
If you start listening to the simmering signs of your body, then perhaps you can avoid a fire down the road. Prevention is one of the best medicines.
Watch this podcast if you are wondering whether you or a loved one
- could improve their skin health
- might have nutritional deficiencies
- might have blood sugar imbalances
or, you're just curious to learn more.
I'll be showing photos to help you see what I'm talking about.
