Description

I want to continue this conversation on stress and anxiety, this time focusing on teens. Why? Partly because I don't have all the answers and the wording is not always one size fits all. It helps to talk about it to get ideas. Also, the pandemic and everything else this year has intensified things for everyone. I don't know any teenager that says it's been an easy time for them.

In this video, I'll be talking about some general approaches as well as 4 things NOT to say. (I've said all of these things to my kids at some point). Plus, I'll go through things to say instead.
