What I am noticing in people is a general restless under pressure because it’s been contained for so long. It’s as if you took a soda bottle and shook it up. Combined with other emotions such as intense frustration or anger pent-up and it feels like a scream just ready to explode. But most people aren’t running around screaming so that’s a good thing. There’s a reason the scream has been contained. But at some point it needs to be expressed in order to process. And here are some safe ways how.
